Rules and Regulations
HOW TO PLAY: There will be a total of two thousand dollars (US$2,000)
to be distributed to the winner. No purchase necessary. In order to
enter you must signup to be a subscriber of Casino Express Mail and
be an active subscriber on the drawing date. The winner must correctly
answer, unaided, an arithmetical skill-testing question in order to
claim their prize.
THE PRIZE: There is one grand prize available to be won, consisting of
US$2,000, to be divided among the winner. Eligible entrants will have
seven days from their being contacted in order to claim their prize.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and to be eligible to win, an individual must not
be an employee or contractor of Clipper Networks Inc. (the "Contest Sponsor"),
its affiliates, its promotional organizations, and/or is not a person
domiciled with any of the foregoing persons.
GENERAL: By entering, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and
the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final. Winners consent
to the use of their name, location, likeness, voice and/or photograph
without compensation in any publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor.
By participating in this contest, all entrants declare that they have
read, understood and complied with the contest rules and agree to release
and hold harmless Clipper Networks Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers,
employees and agencies from any liability in connection with participating
in this contest and/or any prize awarded. The Contest Sponsor assumes
no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, mutilated, misdirected,
destroyed or delayed. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for errors
in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited
to, errors in the advertising, the contest rules, and/or the winners
or the distribution of any prize. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right
to change the terms of the contest or terminate it at any time without
obligation or prior notice to contestants. This contest is subject to
all Federal, Provincial, Municipal and local laws and regulations. VOID
